Top Performing Sales Team Leader For Real Estate Company

Realty Simplified Llc is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team in Texas. As a Top Performing Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, nurturing our call center, and developing high-performing agents.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a Team Leader or higher position focusing on Sales/Call Center, with a proven track record of increasing sales, cold calling expertise, and strong client nurturing skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot agent questions, guide them through difficult calls or issues
- Implement an aggressive and organized approach to Performance Management with the ability to consistently follow through with action plans
- Mentor, train, and develop agents for career progression, performance improvement, and recognition purposes
- Process weekly sales leads reports for submission, evaluate performance with key metrics
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Team, including monitoring calls, building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and pushing sales performance with strategic coaching and leadership
- Define and meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Present and explain team performance to management
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Team Leader or higher position focusing on Sales/Call Center
- An eye for efficiency and experience identifying and implementing large-scale process improvement initiatives using data-driven techniques
- Ability to manage time and deadlines, as well as adapt to changing priorities of the business
- Experience handling remote teams
- Excellent report and analytic skills
- Ability to offer strategic advice and recommendations that drive results
