Finance Team Support
We are seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, providing critical support to our business planning and analysis processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting senior analysts in the execution of financial planning and analysis processes;
- Developing and maintaining accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions;
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing analytical, forecasting, month-end, and variance analysis reporting and Ad Hoc project support;
- Assisting with various business planning processes and deliverables, including forecast, budget, and 5-year strategic plan preparation;
- Partnering with other teams to foster good working relationships within the organization;
- Developing new reporting solutions and identifying key focus areas for management.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics or other quantitative field;
- Entry-level position, no previous experience required;
- Good verbal and written English skills;
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (preferably: Office 365);
- Good analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- English speaking and writing capabilities;
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
