The Associate Financial Analyst Role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting our finance team through various phases of financial planning and analysis processes. As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with senior team members to execute financial planning and analysis processes, projects, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance collaboration within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing analytical support on forecasting, month-end, and variance analysis reporting.
  • Collaborating on the preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis to identify key focus areas for management.
  • Assisting with the preparation of various business planning processes and deliverables.
  • Working closely with the business planning team to foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication across the organization.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics or a related field.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we welcome entry-level candidates.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Able to adapt quickly to new challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
