Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our North American Experian Data Quality (EDQ) business. As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing actionable insights through reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze forecasts and performance data to gain valuable insights for Sales leaders
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data to derive meaningful insights
  • Create and maintain dashboards for internal teams using meaningful graphs and visualizations
  • Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations as a data or business intelligence analyst, or analyst function
  • Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to identify trends in large data sets and communicate findings
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills; ability to create meaningful dashboards and reverse engineer existing reports and visualizations
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ
  • Experience with database tools/programming preferred; ability to optimize SQL queries for integration is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
