**Job Description**:
Experian is in search of an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to help create insights for the Integrated Sales & Marketing business unit.
The role will be the tasked with creating new dashboards, make new enhancements to current ones, and improve performance across all workbooks.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about data visualization with an attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create new Tableau dashboards to answer questions from the business
- Perform enhancements on current Tableau dashboards given business users requests
- Improve performance of current Tableau dashboards using best practices
- Create Tableau Data Extracts for current monthly processes
- Explore the feasibility of creating Tableau Data Extracts using Tableau Prep
- Explore the feasibility of automating Tableau Data Extract refreshes using the API
- Create ad hoc reporting for one off request to answer business problems, usually in Excel through Standard Query Language (SQL)

**Qualifications**:
Technical Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence roles
- Strong knowledge of Tableau's capabilities and functionality
- Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of Tableau Prep
- Ability to retrieve results from a database using Standard Query Language (SQL)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel as a reporting tool, with an emphasis on Pivot Tables and charts
- Previous experience using Business Intelligence tools like OBIEE, Qlik, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, etc.
Soft Skills:

- Exceptional time management skills; breaking down complex requests into manageable tasks
- Ability to work independently within the framework of Agile Project Management
- Ability to communicate with others in a clear and succinct manner, either in writing or presentation form
- Consistently documenting processes and report enhancements as they come
- Lifelong learning who reads up on the releases related to Python
- Detail oriented that validations and reconciles data before showing the end user
- Strong problem solver who can research ways to fix an issue
