**Job Description**
As a Product Logistics Coordinator at Johnson Controls, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and tracking product shipments and deliveries, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and providing regular reporting to the project team.
**Key Tasks**:
- Use enterprise software tools and solutions to monitor and track product shipments and deliveries for all locations based on assigned projects.
- Investigate and resolve product shipment or delivery issues, including but not limited to product shortages, missing product, or damaged product.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Field/Contractor teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Evaluate and escalate any risks or issues related to product shipment, logistics, and delivery to the Project Manager as necessary.
- Maintain regular reporting on the overall status of product shipment, logistics, and delivery to the project team.
**Requirements**:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a corporate office environment, preferably with knowledge of field installations.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
