**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
- Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders about deployment projections, constraints, allocation decisions, etc.
- Identify and implement the process(s) and/or system changes to improve on-time delivery performance.
- Provide comprehensive insights on distribution requirements, backorder projections or other process.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 1+ years of experience
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills with good articulation of Supply Chain concepts.
- Strong data analytics expertise, Excel and Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Nice to Have**
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
- SAP experience highly desired
- APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) preferable
- Project Management Professional Certification preferable
- Six Sigma, Lean and DMAIC a plus, Power BI
- Experience in the medical device industry is desired
