About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a Visual Designer, you will play a critical role in creating visually compelling and effective advertising creatives for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing and promotional materials, including off-site banners and display Ads, while meeting high productivity, quality standards, and turnaround time targets.
- Ensure design requirements are met in accordance with product/project guidelines.
- Optimize digital images for various devices, including web, mobile, and big screen.
- Develop user-centered designs by integrating style guides, creativity, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with Creative Leads, Design managers, Senior and Junior graphic designers, and quality specialists to ensure quality control.
- Contribute to pushing the creative envelope in a constructive, memorable way with the customer in mind.
- Provide expertise in visual design for one or more design categories, assisting with customer queries, troubleshooting, and employee training and mentoring.
- Apply analytical thinking in a design role.
- Utilize Photoshop Art-boards and other Creative Suite tools.
- Demonstrate understanding of visual hierarchy.
- Show self-motivation and independence in work.
- Tightly manage and prioritize work efforts.
- Motion graphics and/or video editing knowledge is beneficial.
