The function of this role is to support the primary activity of entering all required data fields necessary for worldwide billing coordinators to invoice efficiently.
This consists of receiving, reviewing and digitizing source documentation in various formats and languages in a timely manner.
Source documentation includes bunker delivery receipts, which are the fuel tickets upon delivery of the fuel or service, and supplier invoices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor the Digitizing Dashboard and Digitizing Data Entry Screen
- Validate all source documentation (BDR and AP invoice) against any POI
- Recognize all exceptions
- Scan to digitize all physical documentation
- Revise all source documentation prior to storing within the POI
**Requirements:**
- Must have polished communication skills with a strong sense of customer service
- Must be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Must be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-cultural environment
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent English level (B2 or higher)
- Good Excel knowledge
- Must have a well-developed skill of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
