Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support for content maintenance processes and procedures
- Quality control of products and processes to maintain accuracy of content and efficiency of processes
- Collaboration with the Knowledge Group on content updates, system upgrades, and research initiatives
- Data collection and evaluation from Subject Matter Experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Immigration and/or global mobility experience is desirable
- 2+ years' experience in content management or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft O365 products, including SharePoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau a plus
