About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the design, development, and manufacturing of our medical devices.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conducting audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics and best practices.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, biology, or chemistry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
