About LightForce Orthodontics
We are a pioneering company in the digital orthodontic industry. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
As a Digital Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our digital products and services. This includes supervising team leaders and functional groups, monitoring daily inventory and unit operation overall, and preparing reports with analysis upon request.
You will implement project strategies, leverage our resources, and review service structure with your manager. Additionally, you will manage productivity metrics and deadlines to achieve planned objectives.
This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to select, develop, and train staff. You will also evaluate team metrics with the team leader and create improvement plans together with the training team.
Responsibilities
- Supervises groups of team leaders and all personnel involved in the digital operation.
- Monitors daily inventory and unit operation overall.
- Daily interaction with team leaders and functional groups (training, QA, SW, Clinic, etc.).
- Daily/Weekly or Monthly Reports with analysis upon request.
- Assure Team KPIs are met.
- Evaluate team metrics with the team leader and create improvement plans together with the training team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Strong people skills and ability to work with cross functions.
- Advanced level of English.

- Comfortable with Change Management and Fast-paced environment.
- Advocate of Continuous Improvement.
