**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and organized, and that all housekeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of our hotel.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Ensure that all housekeeping equipment and supplies are in good working order and are properly maintained.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
