**Job Title:** Pricing Analyst - Financial Expert

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst - Financial Expert to join our team at 3M. As a Pricing Analyst - Financial Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining Deviated and Standard Pricing processes, compiling and organizing data between multiple systems, and demonstrating strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing processes
  • Compile and organize data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes
  • Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts
  • Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements
  • Provide accurate and timely status of work progress
  • Helping to resolve pricing-related processes
  • Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketers

**Requirements:**

  • Technical degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 1-year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service
  • Advance excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros, and pivot tables
  • Fluent in English (B2+)
  • 1+ years of experience with Power BI, Access, and Automation tools

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Portuguese (written / verbal)
