About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder - Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for preparing and controlling quotes for our corporate clients, assisting in rate negotiations with global agents, and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and control quotes for Pegasus corporate clients
  • Assist in rate negotiations with global agents, including compiling cost data
  • Maintain good communication with internal and external clients
  • Advise on pricing to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare BID and RFQ documents for Pegasus corporate clients
  • Prepare monthly or weekly reports for management to monitor goals
  • Support clients with rate-related issues, transit times, routes, or carrier selection
  • Meet response times for quotes and RFQs established by Pegasus corporate
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve corporate goals
  • Coordinate department priorities
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree
  • Office Package skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Intermediate English (oral)
  • Advanced English (written)
  • Knowledge of air and maritime cargo consolidation with international experience
  • Basic knowledge of transportation management systems (CargoWise preferred)
  • Pricing knowledge in international trade
  • INCOTERM knowledge and advanced understanding

Experience

3-6 years of experience in a related field
