Auxis is a dynamic organization seeking a talented Communications & Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our internal and external communications strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage employees and stakeholders
  • Manage the internal communications process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand relevant business updates and support organizational needs
  • Plan and execute quarterly Town Halls and other corporate events
  • Support the development of the company intranet and social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Human Resources
  • 2+ years' experience in corporate communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude with electronic communication platforms
  • Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
