**Key Responsibilities**:

- A skilled content creator, who keeps up with the latest recruitment marketing trends.
- We’re looking for an analytical individual who can translate trends into employer branding content.
- A team player who’s eager to bring to life innovative global-driven employer brand and social media strategies to support the US business unit.
- Someone who will work well with cross-functional teams and exhibits outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Who is a great fit?
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing, or related field
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Experience with Adobe, Photoshop, and Premiere required
- Experience with social media management and content creation in platforms such as, but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn
- Demonstrated learning agility, strategic agility, and knowledge of current and future workforce trends, talent attraction & competitive intelligence
- Ability to leverage social media to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
- A natural storyteller, energetic, with outstanding communication skills
- Creative thinker, a complex problem solver and a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical initiatives
- Past experience in the fields of human resources, employer branding, talent acquisitions, or marketing is a plus
