As a Growth Architect at Databricks, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their onboarding journey and ensuring a seamless experience. You will work directly with customers to provide technical assistance, deploy Databricks in their production environment, and track their progress.
The Ideal Candidate
- Relevant education or experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data or cloud technology.
- Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in a programming language (Python, Scala, SQL).
- Familiarity with end-to-end data analytics workflow.
- Hands-on experience in data engineering technologies (ETL, DBT, Spark, Airflow), data warehousing technologies (SQL, Stored Procedures, Redshift, Snowflake), or equivalent.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning.
