The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and a willingness to be vocally self-critical. You will work closely with international HR teams to support business unit initiatives and provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with leaders and HRBP team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
