The GAM Payroll and Stock Analyst role is a critical component of our US Payroll and Stock team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to our employees.
This role requires a high level of expertise in stock processes and programs, as well as excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying process gaps and assisting in designing solutions, while also focusing on delivering an outstanding employee experience in stock and payroll services.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, along with 2+ years of Shared Service Center experience and 1+ year of experience in databases management, data extraction, and reports creation.
They will also have upper intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and advanced English language proficiency.
