Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Liaison will play a vital role in promoting brand awareness and maximizing revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote brand awareness and utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue
  • Recognize opportunities to up-sell customers and provide enhancements
  • Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
  • Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation
  • Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour
  • Determine and provide complimentary items to guests as gifts for their patronage
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
