You will work closely with our team to develop specifications, validate proposals, and deliver solutions that meet the organization's best interests. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting both TCS World Travel and Quark Expeditions businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mold Salesforce features to fit our evolving needs through hands-on configuration tasks.
- Craft custom solutions that optimize our CRM system from user management to security settings.
- Solve common challenges like data mapping and page layout design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deploy work items, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough testing.
- Handle user support requests and administrative needs to ensure our Salesforce CRM runs smoothly.
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users to troubleshoot issues and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
- Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process and system improvements.
- Built reports and dashboards as requested by the business.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator Certificate completion or willingness to complete within the first 6 months of employment.
- BA/BS degree in IT or related field and 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning App Builder.
- Experience with data migrations and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment.
- A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and designing solutions with best practices in mind.
- Active in the Salesforce community.
