Responsibilities of the Quality Engineering Intern
The intern will be working in our Costa Rica Operations Group on specific projects determined by the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. Responsibilities may include:
- Analyzing external and internal customer complaints
- Performing traceability and correlation analysis
- Suggesting actions to be taken based on results
- Determining the effectiveness of those actions
- Setting meetings with different areas to address required topics
- Working with manufacturing and engineering departments to solve quality issues
- Presenting weekly updates on complaint investigation and action status
Qualifications
- Electronic, electric, or industrial engineer student

- Basic programming and database knowledge
