Job Description

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher at Atlas Hxm, you will lead the user research process, collaborating closely with product management and other verticals to develop research plans, define research objectives, and share insights and findings with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews with external and internal users to identify usage and effectiveness of product features, staying up-to-date on user needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Work closely with UX designers to help build wireframes based on information synthesized through user research.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to review designs, discuss product features, and implementation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of professional experience conducting user research for a product company, preferably B2B SaaS. You should possess excellent understanding of user behavior and psychology, as well as expertise in conducting qualitative/quantitative research independently.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
