Your primary responsibility will be to develop technical and non-technical documentation training materials for new and existing programs transitioned in and out of our SSC.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop general or specific training materials using various tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Premier, HP ART, Biteable, Videoscribe.
- Evaluate existing training material and processes documented at the SSC to ensure they're current and effective.
- Oversee the collection of all necessary documentation while tracking training effectiveness and employee progress in accordance with program objectives.
- 1 year of experience as a Trainer for operational processes or teaching experience
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
- 1 year of experience managing multiple projects using Jira
- 1 year of experience in adult learning techniques, Knowledge Base Articles, Gap Analysis, and Process Documentation
How to stand out:
- Proven expertise in managing Illustrator and Photoshop
- Bachelor's degree in teaching, adult learning, or translation
- Experience in gamification strategy design
- Experience working with e-learning platforms and tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, Storyline 360, and Google Docs
