About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity to join Citi as a Senior FP&A Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to local FP&A teams and business partners. Your expertise will be sought after to participate in forward-looking activities and conduct supervisory actions such as training, evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members.

You will develop and maintain appropriate documentation to ensure integrity of financial, regulatory, and management information in line with established records management policies. Additionally, you will standardize reporting requirements to ensure financial and management reporting is properly identified and addressed.

Your role will involve advising on procedures and concepts in technical areas, integrating with others in accomplishing goals, and improving process efficiencies. You will also review departmental processes and procedures for automation to maintain efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide analytical support to local FP&A teams and business partners
  2. Participate in forward-looking activities
  3. Conduct supervisory actions such as training, evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
  4. Develop and maintain appropriate documentation
  5. Standardize reporting requirements
  6. Advise on procedures and concepts in technical areas
  7. Integrate with others in accomplishing goals
  8. Improve process efficiencies

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in working with a variety of financial platforms
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • FP&A experience preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Portuguese language proficiency/fluency is considered a plus
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, oriented and proactive
  • Requires strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Show initiative/proactivity to solve problems independently including some latitude to solve complex situations
  • Prioritization skills and able to delegate work
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and across teams
  • Demonstrated good execution skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
