Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payroll Intern to support our payroll process in a multi-state environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the payroll team to maintain and update various payroll data, ensuring that employees are paid correctly and accurate deductions are applied. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in payroll management and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and document all payroll records
- Detect and process issues related to uncollected payroll
- Follow and implement best practices and processes defined by the company
- Participate in status meetings
- Attend internal trainings
Qualifications:
- English level B2+
- Graduated from a Technical High School in accounting or executive in service center, or university student in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
