As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of loan applications, maintaining exceptional communication with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise during the loan process.
You will work closely with our Sales, Underwriting, Valuation, and Closing departments to ensure seamless loan processing, high-quality loan submissions, and efficient file movement to closing.
Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between borrowers and internal departments
- Analyze financial statements, ratios, and bank statements to conduct credit analyses
- Conduct verification calls with third parties
- Develop financial models to support loan analysis and portfolio performance
- Prepare and verify loan documents
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Fluency in English and Spanish with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-4 years' experience in mortgage lending (residential or commercial) required
- Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
