About the PositionThe Financial Services Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless loan processing and timely completion of loan disclosures. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Underwriting, Valuation, and Closing.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between borrowers and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze business bank statements, financial statements, and ratios to conduct comprehensive credit analyses.
- Conduct verification calls with third-party vendors to ensure accurate and reliable information.
- Develop financial models to support analysis of loan-level and portfolio performance.
- Prepare and verify loan documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with 100% English fluency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Processor in a mortgage lending organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Contract/Consultancy position offering flexible working arrangements.
- 11 US paid holidays per year.
- Salary based on experience and qualifications.
