**Job Description**
We're looking for a Frontline Hospitality Ambassador to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area.
You'll also assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalized service
- Process operational needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Complete reports and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Share knowledge of the local area with guests to enhance their stay
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
