America Steel Trade Corporation is a leading international trading company based in the United States, specializing in the sourcing, exporting, and distributing of steel products to the North, Central, and South American markets.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the long and flat steel product market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and fulfillment of customer orders.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in long and flat steel products;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the steel or related industry;
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
Pay: From $31,800.00 per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue for long and flat steel products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential areas for growth and development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to track progress and communicate results to management.
- **Qualifications**: Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in long and flat steel products; proficiency in English; proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the steel or related industry; strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
