Job DescriptionThe Senior Operations Director is responsible for the overall performance and budget of their client groups. Key responsibilities include:
- Performance Management: Set objectives, analyze metrics, and ensure that the company and staff meet goals.
- Process Improvement: Review and analyze reporting for trends, identify areas of opportunity, and develop strategies to improve processes and procedures.
- Staffing: Monitor staffing levels in accordance with the Resource Balancing Plan, recommend hiring, transfer, promotion, or dismissal of staff as needed.
- Customer Service: Deal with clients in a professional and appropriate manner, in accordance with the Company's Mission Statement and Company Policy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a Team Leader position is required, along with previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Licenses: Must be able to be licensed with the appropriate collection/trace licenses for all applicable jurisdictions, if required.
