Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team at UST Global. This role involves reviewing contracts for accuracy, compiling terms into data tables, and comparing against invoicing activity. The successful candidate will assist with billing process improvements and collaborate with various departments.

About the Role:
  • Review contract language and compare it to invoice configuration details for all customers and products.
  • Manage transparent reporting and share data on discrepancies, errors, and assessed value of findings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth process adjustments and ongoing accuracy of invoices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a comparable role in accounting, billing, or audit.
  • Expertise in reading, understanding, and documenting complex contractual agreements.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, Visio, and other Microsoft suite products.
