Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment process to identify and attract top talent for Thermo Fisher Scientific. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to post-offer support
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and other business partners
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
