About the Role:
The Assistant Controller plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Office. As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the Accounting Team by utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and encourage others.
- Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Foster open communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives, expectations, and performance recognition.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships within the team and with other organizational units.
- Provide leadership development opportunities and participate in the employee performance appraisal process.

Additional Requirements:
- Generate timely and accurate reports, presentations, and financial statements for management review.
- Ensure tax rates are current and proper amounts are collected and/or accrued.
- Maintain compliance with standard and local operating procedures (SOPs and LSOPs).
- Leverage centralized accounting processes and shared services to improve operational efficiency.
