Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Intel. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and automation tools. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of our software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using cloud computing services such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools using programming languages such as Python and Terraform.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain cloud-based systems for Intel's customers using best practices processes and methodology.
  • Responsible for issue resolution, request fulfillment, and capacity planning of cloud solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE working in the implementation of infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong Linux/windows experience.
  • Experience with cloud computing services.
  • Strong knowledge of source versioning tools such as GitHub and Terraform.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Jenkins.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and managing microservices architectures.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience troubleshooting applications by debugging and reading log files.
  • Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with release processes for deployments to different environments.
  • Experience with security tools and practices such as vulnerability scanning and incident response.
  • Certified in public cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
