Cybersecurity Expert

Our team values collaboration, innovation, and customer success. We're seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security technologies, architectures, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and advise SentinelOne products and technologies for customers.
• Collaborate with customers to develop tailored architecture and project plans that align with their business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on security best practices and platform management.
• Represent and advocate for customer needs/issues across departments.

Requirements

• A customer-first mindset, passion for building strong relationships, and managing expectations.
• 3-5 years of experience in field services roles such as professional services, pre-sales, or technical account management.
• Comprehensive understanding of security technologies, architectures, and operations.
• Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with SQL databases and network principles.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with host-based endpoint agent or SIEM security solutions.
• Experience in training and enablement service delivery.
• Proficiency in REST API scripting and scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, or BASH.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
