**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager - SAFe Scrum Master to join our team at Sgf Global. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in SAFe Scrum methodologies.
The role involves leading project planning, execution, and delivery, as well as mentoring and training scrum teams on SAFe Scrum methodologies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with product owners to prioritize and manage workloads, scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes, monitoring progress and performance, and coordinating demos and product/system testing.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Mentoring and training scrum teams on SAFe Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborating with product owners to prioritize and manage workloads.
- Facilitating meetings and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
