Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in establishing competitive compensation programs and providing guidance to HR, other departments and business leadership to accomplish objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to perform moderately complex analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
You will create job profiles, evaluate benchmarking data, collaborate on special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of work experience, required.
- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and related compensation data management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to global compensation.
