About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Operations Excellence Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience on Uber Eats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience
- Create and optimize processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow
- Collaborate with central teams to prioritize and ensure local relevance of new product rollouts
- Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to contribute to the long-term growth of the territory
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience solving complex analytical problems; experience in business consulting, investment banking, or other hyper-growth startups is preferred
- English and Spanish professional proficiency
- Critical thinking and analytical rigor, as well as experience with data-based decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software tools
