**Job Description:**
We're looking for a skilled technical professional to provide high-level technical support for our Cyber Resilience security product. As a member of the Cybersecurity team, you'll work closely with engineers to resolve complex customer cases, collaborate on process improvements, and deliver top-notch customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases.
- Maintain documentation for all cases including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes.
- Mentor junior support engineers as needed or requested by management.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of technical and customer support experience, preferably in system/network/database administration or IT support.
- A logical thinking approach and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Higher-level technical education is preferred, but not required.
- Certifications relevant to the product are helpful.
