**Overview:**

Sysco Costa Rica offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Representative to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing the company's creditor and debtor accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payment of amounts due.

Responsibilities:

  1. Verify and process Accounts Payable invoices in a timely manner.

  2. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and investigate issues.

  4. Prepare payment runs for processing and assist with month-end close.

  5. Maintain/updating vendor records and set up new vendor assignments as necessary.

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.

  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
