We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Operations Specialist to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing technical training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
The PS Training Program Manager is responsible for designing and delivering new hire onboarding training and continued skills training programs, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of these programs and making adjustments as needed. This includes working closely with stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop new training programs to meet those gaps.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for learning and development who can bring new learning approaches to our PS Training programs. If you have experience in program management, training or education, and learning management systems, we encourage you to apply.
- Manage and implement technical training programs
- Design and deliver new hire onboarding training and continued skills training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
