Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer master data requests, ensuring accurate document presentment and efficient processing.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve data processes and enhance customer service.
- Develop and maintain account manuals and customer master data notes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to AR processes & systems.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field.
A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in billing/customer master/pricing &/or claims is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
