Job Description: As a member of our Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization, you will play a critical role in helping customers and partners resolve their issues quickly, prevent future problems from occurring, and demonstrate new ways to achieve more from their Microsoft investment.
Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting or technical troubleshooting experience. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and suites, including Microsoft Defender CPSM, as well as Microsoft Sentinel SIEM solution are required. Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Log Analytics, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Azure Containers, Azure Policy, and Azure Resource Graph are also essential.
