This AP Data Entry specialist position requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Data enter vendor invoices accurately to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including organizing Electronic Filing Cabinet and transferring files to offsite storage.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Support Accounts Payable Representatives with retrieving invoice copies and complete other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; one or more years' experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Personal computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Able to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, facsimile machines, 10-key calculators, etc.
  • Keyboard speed and accuracy.
