**Responsibilities**:
Our Payroll Clerk position reports to the CR HR Manager focused on supporting CR operations for our employees.
This is a great opportunity to continue building your payroll knowledge, while gaining hands-on experience across various areas of CR HR.
Payroll & Benefit Administration:

- Payroll and timecard processing
- HRIS configuration, maintenance, and reporting
- Benefit enrollment and invoice administration
- Personnel file setup and maintenance

**Education & Experience**
- Education in HR, Finance, or relevant discipline is a plus (degree and/or certifications)
- 2+ years of payroll administration experience.
- 1+ years of HRIS experience; system configuration and report creation is a plus
- Experience with CR benefits administration preferred
- Technical aptitude and experience utilizing database systems
- Participation in relevant HR/payroll/benefit audits is a plus
- Continuous learner and commitment to process improvement
- Customer service and solutions driven mindset
- Ability to problem solve decisively and independently while demonstrating appropriate judgement on escalations
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, including comfort presenting to groups
