About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Citi. As a key member of the Business Strategy, Management & Administration team, you will be responsible for leading projects across their lifecycle, including problem identification, analysis, solution development, and communication of project results. Your primary focus will be on ensuring alignment to Citi/BTSS transformation goals, while building strong relationships with program sponsors and stakeholders. In this role, you will manage capacity and program planning to ensure timely completion of programs and support process improvement activities according to BTSS Organization needs. If you have a strong background in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, and excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and communicate project results
- Build strong relationships with program sponsors and stakeholders
- Manage capacity and program planning to ensure timely completion of programs
- Support process improvement activities according to BTSS Organization needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in process improvement or project management
- Advanced English level
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other formal training in reengineering or process improvement
- Ability to work with global partners across the organization
- Proven ability to complete complex projects according to agreed-upon scope and timeline
- Working knowledge of large implementation and proven records on transformational processes
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to deliver analyses in a concise and logical manner
- Experience working in operations units requiring coordination across multiple regions and business segments
