The Finance Transformation Office (FTO) at Citi is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their Planning PMO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the FTO programs, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. The Program Manager will work closely with the Initiative Leads and the PMO team to identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
In addition, the successful candidate will support the development and implementation of the FTO playbook, which outlines the standards and best practices for program management within the organization. They will also provide coaching and guidance to project leads, helping them to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the status reporting and resource coordination of FTO programs
- Support the development and implementation of new business processes
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to program management
- Present findings and recommendations to Initiative Leads and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record of success in execution. They will also possess excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
