Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our Process Development department, you will be responsible for supervising, leading, and providing technical direction to a group of technicians and/or entry-level engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing guidance and training to staff, developing subordinates to attain career goals, motivating individuals to achieve results, and recruiting and maintaining a high-quality staff.
- Work with the manager to establish department goals, objectives, and budgets.
- Assist in planning resource needs and hiring for the department.
- Lead engineering teams to the successful completion of PD project goals.
- Work with the manager to ensure execution of the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
- Successfully engage with Process Development engineering project work for new product development.
- Prioritize and manage the execution of multiple projects.
- Maintain and enhance cross-functional team relationships.
- Work cross-functionally in identifying and resolving engineering issues.
- Ensure policies and processes are followed.
- May serve as a core team member on new product development teams.
- Cover the sustaining, the identification, and application of improvement opportunities for test systems.
- Help prioritize and attend line events, guide and supervise the engineers and technicians from the three different shifts.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- English language proficiency at a B level or above.
- More than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Desired knowledge: Design control methods such as Risk Analysis (dFMEA, pFMEA), Design Validation, Verification plans, protocol, and report generation PDF/TDP system.
- Desired skills: Communication, Planning, and Problem-solving.
